Another take on the watch, stolen off Twitter:
The watch is saying 3:14 aka FinCEN’s regulations Section 314(a) enables law enforcement agencies to contact financial institutions to locate accounts/transactions of persons involved in terrorism or money laundering.

I’m not buying this interpretation due to the fact that that:
1). While important, Q hasn’t been made mention of this facet of the plan recently.
2). We have a report thru Lisa Mei Crowly suggesting justice Ginsberg won’t recover and a drop that directs everyone to see a time between 3:14 and 3:15. This indicates that the interpretation can not be about 3:14.

However, the time piece sure doesn’t rule out the fast approaching 3:15. With March 15th being justice Ginsberg’s birthday I’m going with Ruth’s dying scenario being the better option.

That Roberts is still letting her make decisions on cases says, to me, that she’s still coherent enough that he’s allowing her staff to continue advising her and letting her feel she’s still alright and part of the bench. But the rumors that DJT is looking at possible replacements right now makes me wonder if Trump AND Roberts know her potential retirement date is mid March.

My interpretation of the time on the watch was simple. If you noticed the time of the post, it was 3:19. Q was saying he was with the President 5 minutes ago.
