What if half of the men on the board say that they identify as women at the board meeting? According the the new politically correct standards, a man who says he identifies as a woman has to be considered a woman. Another reason to pull your business out of California...

But are quotas are the best way to bring womens voices to the table? Why should any company "bring wonen's voices to the table"?. If all they have to bring is the fact of being women, they bring nothing. Board members should be chosen for expertise, not genitalia. Diversity is NOT our strength.

This is the camel’s nose.
If they can mandate gender representation, they can mandate anything else. You will have X% ethnic minorities. You’ll have at least Y% sexual minorities. You will have union representatives or community stakeholders on the board, for the good of the people.
