Thanks! I marked that for later. I have a CD Called, ‘Toning’ that I listen to from time to time. Same concept, using different ‘tones’ that effect your brain in a good way.

I will say that when I listen to it, and the dogs are with me, they settle down and get VERY calm, LOL!

It’s amazing how music DOEWS soothe the savage beast! ;)
