Coulter has always struck me as a bit phony, so I never took it as a shock when she turned. She is a very good writer, but I was never convinced she really believed all of what she said.
Tucker, on the other hand, has struck me as a rock solid conservative. I have admired him for his passion and sincerity.
I would have understood if he had criticized some of Trump’s policies or some of his tweets. Our president is, after all, a man and not a god. But Carlson really said some awful things.
