Sounds like the mighty are falling in line and going in favor of air time. They don’t want to risk missing the chance that Trump might announce building the wall without congress.
Gives them grumbling material, for weeks. Ha!
For my part I doubt POTUS will announce his decision to build the wall. He has already said he wanted to wait for a SCOTUS decision on DACA. Also, he would lose his leverage over Poorlosi and Scheemer... they are on the hot seat now.
I suspect he just wants to present his case to the American people, the case against criminals, drugs, human and child sex trafficking, MS13, terrorism, etc. We will see. 😐
