The NFL making sure it puts the Black into Black Monday as so far four black head coaches have been fired.
This should be considered a good sign for equality in the NFL coaching ranks, and I'm being serious - the hiring and firing of black coaches is not considered a big deal in the NFL anymore, it's as routine as it is for white coaches and that's the way it should be.
