As a WV resident, I'm a little curious what post apocalyptic West Virginia looks like. Is it different from how it looks now?

The post-apocalyptic, mutated denizens of Maryland’s Eastern Shore in the Fallout 3 expansion Far Harbor were a hoot. Slow, shuffling...but those shovels they carried packed a wallop.
