That's how I read it, though I am less certain of the Hannity ID than the other two.
It has been clear for some time that SC and JS have privileged access to POTUS team, presumably at least overlapping with Q team.
In terms of an orchestra: SC and JS are the oboe section ... Hannity, Rush, Levin, Dobbs and Elder the other woodwinds ... MAGA nation the percussion ... Q the concert master (principal violin) ... FReeQs and anons the rest of the strings ... POTUS the conductor and (obviously) the brass. His tweets are flutes.
