Whistle their tune? wtf, did you read what I wrote? . I blame the mother who is too stupid to get her kid to school. I dont approve of the school arresting the kid at school while hes in school. Send a case worker to the kids home to talk to the parents and hear the larwnts out. and then consider the kid may be in a troubled home and may need to be placed with foster care.
