Rights do not come without responsibility. The property owner was grossly irresponsible. So I don’t have a problem with this order.
When you re dealing with designated Historical properties, the rules are different. Otherwise, the developers would tear everything down.
True - but when one opts to ignore current laws and then ask forgiveness rather than permission up front, one bares his own throat (and the story says he has a history of this activity) .....as it is, none of us own our property for as long as it’s existence is taxed and non-payment of taxes can result in them wresting it from us...
