Just you're thoughts on Omaha Steaks and the different packages offered through the mail. Any experiences?
So,So,at best. We really like Kansas City Steaks- good quality.
Through the mail?
Way way way over priced. Makes a nice corporate gift. If it is as a personal gift you can do much much better. If it is for you, you have too much money and not enough sense.

....dumb question..LOL..too early,brain fade...
Nothing wrong with their steaks, but their price is insanely too high.
I’ll try it. When are the specials I heard on Hannity’s show?
Their coolers are useful. I use them in my basement to store rice, sugar, etc. Never bought the steaks, just have friends who give me their empties.
Usually holiday type specials...OS had
a store (outlet)close by but has since
moved on...
Yes- bone in ribeyes are awesome and one feeds two. Burgers and dogs are awesome I believe they have a spend 99.00 and get 12 steak burgers free.
If you like great steaks, find a local butcher shop and have them custom cut the steaks for you.
My local supermarket has an excellent butcher shop and I ask them to cut bone-in ribeyes for me when I need them. They cut to the thickness I ask and ensure they start with a great piece.
I have served those steaks to friends and family and everyone raves about them.
Omaha steaks and other mail-order types are inferior and over-priced.
50 bucks plus shipping for 2 sirloin steaks and some burgers and some smoked sausage?
You would be so much better off with a 500 degree method standing rib roast.
Thanks....of course I’m sitting here drooling like a hound dog...
Quick & Dirty. Done this twice. Steaks fine but frozen as is everything but nicely in cardboard boxes with cooking instructions.
Burgers are unremarkable - you can get 6 burgers 1/3 lb. frozen (Red Hat) are fine at $10 vs others for $12 plus at your local market.
A couple of cinnamon apple tarts things but 20 minutes in the oven but good when they’re finally ready...
Pay attention: Chicken fried steaks suck. I am a cook and there’s really nothing to recommend these things unless you’re starving and have nothing else.
There’s little actual meat in there but throw in a skillet, cook both sides, hammer them with Sriachcha sauce and you’ve eaten in ten minutes.
Humble personal opinion - please don’t sue me. Since you asked. ;-)

Thanks...I’m still around after my own cooking so....not to worry.
Thanks...
Over priced and over rated.
That's my conclusion also.
Steaks are better when bought from your favorite butcher.
My pick for mail order food is Honey-Baked Ham. I have given so my honey-baked turkey breasts that I can't even count them. They are always out of this world.
I have even order them for myself for Christmas dinner.
