Pientka being absent from any 302 discussion is telling.

I believe I read that Pientka has said that he wants to testify, but only under subpoena. Seems the subpoena offers him protection.

Of course, if he's no longer a government employee, then I suppose he'd have to should his own legal costs? For what? To be trashed? Hmmm...

Also, when were the charges brought against Flynn? Is it possible that he was charged and THEN Petey wrote his fictional 302? I would not be surprised. Derps!

That's what I understand, too. As far as testifying before congress, I don't know how important that would be. Nothing happens with that testimony other than give the "normies" something to cheer about because of their desire to be noticed by the press.

Pientka's testimony will be necessary once the FBI trials begin.

An aside; some anon is claiming that Mueller was fired on Monday, Dec. 17. I'm waiting to see if it does happen. If Mueller is fired, it'll be because of what Judge Sullivan determines in respect to Gen. Flynn.
