That's what I understand, too. As far as testifying before congress, I don't know how important that would be. Nothing happens with that testimony other than give the "normies" something to cheer about because of their desire to be noticed by the press.
Pientka's testimony will be necessary once the FBI trials begin.
An aside; some anon is claiming that Mueller was fired on Monday, Dec. 17. I'm waiting to see if it does happen. If Mueller is fired, it'll be because of what Judge Sullivan determines in respect to Gen. Flynn.
