If in the course of exercising a lawful search warrant, evidence of other crimes arise, the agent is allowed to examine that evidence.

No, this email was from a low-level agent interested in protecting his FBI career, and pulled a Sgt. Schultz on the laptop contents.
The only thing in that memo that I hadn’t heard was that Hillary apparently used “multiple” emails. So how many different servers and email accounts/addresses did she have?

SDNY should not take a back seat to the SCOTUS on this one. They should tear the veil off the entire Political Corruption at NYPD under the wise Mueller FBI Office, and prosecute Hillary with the same fervor they reserve for republicans.
The document shows: 1) that the FBI investigator was scared to death to investigate anything to do with the Clinton crimes. Wonder why that was?
2) that the FBI deliberately did not examine most of the emails in the Weiner laptop. Was there a general order not to do so? How did this agent know he wasn’t allowed to look at the content of emails? Was the warrant written to specifically preclude that, even though the FBI was investigating and supposedly searching for Hillary emails? On whose corrupt orders? Gee, wouldn’t want to find that thousands of emails existed that HRC didn’t turn over.
The FBI is as corrupt as the Clintons and the Democratic Crime Syndicate. Notice Hillary was using multiple e-mail addresses, she knew this was illegal.
