Mason District Police Station – A 12-year-old boy is facing charges following allegations he sexually assaulted two girls on a Fairfax County Public Schools bus. The investigation began on November 13 when two students of Camelot Elementary School told their parents they had been sexually assaulted by a boy on school bus CA02. After a thorough investigation by our Major Crimes Bureau detectives, the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Fairfax County was briefed and petitions were obtained. He has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of object sexual penetration. The petitions were served this morning and he was processed at the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center prior to being released to the custody of his parent.

I went to all 12 years in Fairfax County. Things have certainly changed.
The age of the accused created an impression that this was probably some sort of "pound-me-too" nonsense. A 12-year-old??? The second part, if true, seems ominous and changed that first impression. If that's what it sounds like, if this kid is going there at age 12, I don't want to see what he'll be like as an adult.
Should have a been a quick investigation. All of the buses have video cameras in them.
Did he penetrate the tail pipe?
Gas tank?
Perhaps the radiator? Warm and wet in there. Could be tempting.
I don’t see why people want to interfere with this young man’s romantic relationship with his school bus.

You know what the liberals say,”Each to his own.” He might have been in love with the school bus.

Where was the bus driver? Didn’t the other kids see what was going on and stop it? That’s just crazy.

So flaming libs demand anything goes sex ed curriculum in schools, and then when the kids act on what they are encouraged to do, they’re branded as sexual offenders.
That is so unjust.
Also, the kids may be charged, but odds are just as great that the girls are lying. Especially if he’s an unpopular kid. Kids that age can be ruthless. I experienced enough of that being on the receiving end.
Buses are supposed to have video cameras on them. I wold like to know what those show.
Which goes to show that public schools are no place for your kids. They either get assaulted or falsely accused. Either one will ruin your life.

Maybe they are saying he is in 7th grade so he should be 12 when in actuality he is 18 or 19.. have to make dummies and illegals ‘fit in’.
I agree. No way would I subject my kids to the hell of public schools that I had to go through.
It’s a police report, based on him being booked. Fairfax County police don’t screw around with PC.
