The blue check mark in the circle means your msg was delivered to the person. Once it’s read, that blue circle will turn into the profile pic of the person miniaturized inside the circle. I verified it. Msged my friend...he didn’t see it...it was the Check mark in blue circle.

I thought that the blue checkmark meant the account was "verified" as the real person. Like celebs and famous people and whatnot.
