What happens when a country doesnt have a formal, written constitution protecting the citizenry from its government. The Constitution gives us a smidge more ability to avoid this sort of fate - by allowing us the means to fight back against a tyrannical government. If we choose not to, we are as lost as the Brits.
Personally, I think nuking Geneva and Brussels would solve a lot of the world's problems. The real trick would be making it look like the Iranians did it. ;-)
