The current camera angle from above, allows the view to rotate about the vertical axis while still maintaining the coffin and immediately surrounding tile in the center of the photo.
The rotation about this axis is generally arbitrary; excepting a convention, that rectangular objects are generally shot from such an angle that they appear in landscape mode (*horizontally* within the picture).
This convention limits the position of the blue field and stars on the flag, to either the upper left of the flag within the picture -- corresponding to a "right side up" view of the flag, as this is the same orientation of the blue field relative to the stripes when a flag is properly displayed on a flagpole; *OR*, to the lower right of the picture, which corresponds to the flag hanging "upside" down on the flagpole.
The choice of the photographers, is therefore unusual; the coincidence that this position, indicating distress, happens to emphasize the Q implicit in the tile pattern , is what was noteworthy.
The *more* so as the same choice was made for the funeral of another recently deceased government official, one who was openly pointed out by Q as one of the bad guys.
The last element was not present in the picture itself; but related to the fact that testimony before the (outgoing Republican) Congress, about several matters relating to the Clinton Foundation, and/or the Deep State, was postponed on account or GHWB's death -- and that Q explicitly noted this in a drop, complimenting the Deep State on their savvy, and asking permission to perform a counter-move.
