You absolutely DO NOT want the Federal government anywhere close to the 1st A. This is a well thought out ploy by Progressives and other assorted Leftists to make conservative speech and thought illegal. PJ O’Rourke once said something to the effect, that if you think health care is bad now, just wait until it’s free. The same could be said about the socials. You think the assault on free speech is bad now, just wait until the Democrats regain the Presidency and the Congress and expand the SC in their favor with government controls of the socials. When that happens we will be trapped and enslaved in an Orwellian nightmare
