There’a another video of her chat with police. She is not drunk or high. She was invited to a party, driven there by the thugs. Then when she told them she would not have sex with them they took her phone and thew her out of hotel room. She was trying to get her phone so she could call someone. No, she could not use a “pay phone” because no one knows their friends’ phone numbers anymore.
I saw it all. She really turned on the waterworks for the cops didn’t she? She was obviously drunk.
She instigated and escalated the situation. Any sober, non-skank would #1, not have been there and #2 left immediately upon the first sing of trouble. She did the exact opposite of both.
Mutual combat situation, Charge neither of them. Let her sue him in court and watch how fast she gets shot down by a fair judge/jury.
