Looks like a drunk chick was mouthing off to him and she willingly, drunkenly and continually reengaged with him in the brew ha ha.
She also physically went after him. For all I know at this point she might have realized that if she got shoved around enough she could get a big payday out of it.
For his part he strongly shoved the woman (and others) down and then delivered the more push than kick with his foot pushing her over again. So he’s guilty but she is too.
