Oklahoma is risking a 15-yard penalty thanks to some billboards.
Lamar Advertising tweeted a picture Thursday of a digital billboard with ‘horns down’ references. There are literal horns and an arrow facing down as well as a couple upside-down pictures of BeVo, Texas’ mascot.
