Just toying with this Idea:
Demonrats backing down from all out attack on Trump is a good thing. When he sheds light on the evil deeds, it won’t look so much like political retaliation.
OTOH, some new elections could take place, and the rats want to have the optics of reason, then they can say Trump is an @$$hol3.
I don’t trust them at all.
