Steel. China..Where have I heard that before?

Also one of largest shareholders is International Finance Corp. Headquartered in Washington D.C.(! )They own approximately 160,000,000(a lot!)of shares. “It was established in 1956, as the private-sector arm of the World Bank Group, to advance economic development by investing in for-profit and commercial projects for poverty reduction and promoting development.” Wonder if the had anything to do with promoting development in say, Haiti?
