I have found, being a home trained “chef” that I don’t want to re-invent the wheel. If someone else has taken the effort to make and market the item I want, why should I take the time to make it from scratch.

I use pre-mixed rubs (Tony Chachere) and “base” items like...Campbell’s Cream of XXXX soups.

I gotz asthma....ain’t nobody got time for that!

(See, the punchline is all it takes.)

My point? Use search engines to find a meme you want before you create it. There is a high probability that it has already been made.
