Q Team hacked tree picture off someone’s phone to demonstrate security risk? That drop not meant for us. A warning to somebody.

That may explain why the photo seems to lack some effort.
I think the tree photo was not taken for aesthetic/holiday reasons. The person taking it was off center from the tree, there’s a lamp blocking to lower right edge, can’t see much above mid-tree. I realize some take photos like that, but there didn’t seem to be effort made to neaten it up.
Someone posted upthread that there appears to be a person ascending a stairway in the background, right side. The conjecture was that a person with a red sleeve is seen walking up stairs, or almost seen.
I wonder if the pic was posted to show that person HOWCLOSE Q Team was, in addition to proving “we know”. Either someone Q friendly took that photo or as you say, Q Team accessed the phone for the same reason: WE KNOW.
After that post dropped somebody threw out the idea of a warning, either here at FR, or over there, and for some reason it made me think of the car chase taunt Q did in China re Snowden related.
Just an example, and this doesn't have to necessarily be a taunt or a warning. :

All mil int would have to do is grab the photo off the cloud. These Chinese conspirators may be using Huawei phones thinking they have a safe network but Q is demonstrating that they can “have it all.”
