Some corners of Twitter are awash with documentation and rumors of even more classified documentation that could now be released which they say clearly links him to the death of JFK on Nov 22, 1963. Therefore the theory is he could be held responsible ("McCained") for ....so much...in addition to the death of JFK.

Then his actual DOD withheld until it could be used to distract from Huber et. al.
