No, I think Solomon/Carter/Hannity are the (public) whistleblowers. He may also be talking about the ones that leaked to Solomon/Carter, but I think his use of the word "public" indicates he was talking to them. And others like them.

There is an unrevealed whistleblower--evidently from the Klintoon camp--that HUBER, if I understand it right--was put in contact with today/this evening. And Q slapped the hand of the news folks who mentioned it and warned the whistleblower and whomever to NOT SAY ANY MORE ABOUT IT AT THIS TIME.
Further, as revealed on Hannity--Monday will have some significant disclosures.
