Trump’s statement is clearly a broader reference to other bad things that have happened in our country.
The statement is entirely consistent with what Q has said about the need to protect the public from knowing about the really bad stuff.
Trump, like Q (oddly enough!) can talk about one topic and strands of other meanings or applications are mixed in. Some minds work this way; I know because mine does too; of course not as brainy.
And I btw don’t buy Q’s claim on that either.
