This judge’s bizarre thinking and actions are what passes for “progressive” jurisprudence in modern day America. Its not just him. Its the mindset of what is happening in most law schools and at its core reflects the hedonistic values that are now common among all too many. Its no accident that Democrats get elected.

Its the mindset of what is happening in most law schools and at its core reflects the hedonistic values that are now common among all too many. Its no accident that Democrats get elected.

(a) This was a judge appointed by Ronald Reagan.

(b) His decision was based on the conservative ground that Congress has no enumerated power to regulate criminal assaults occuring solely within one state, and that it is the states which should be prosecuting these cases.
