Judge didn’t make the law Congress did.
I suppose if murder isn’t a federal crime - unless crossing state borders is involved then this wouldn’t be a federal crime either.
But plant an extra 20 acres of wheat and the feds are all over you.....(no sarcasm just pure cynicism)
Doesn’t make it right. Anyone know if any of the states involved have these laws in place? I assume this means the girls have no recourse whatsoever? How about child abuse laws in the states involved?
