On #4: Saw a cop give a ticket to a driver while the driver was in the parking lot ready to drive into a windshield replacement bay because his windshield was cracked in the drivers vision making it unsafe.

On #4: I used to help people whose cars had broken down. Changed many tires and if I couldn’t fix their problem I’d wait with them till help arrived. I never felt the need to call the police but, I don’t help much after carjackings and robberies started making news.

That's ridiculous.

Had a NC trooper come into the hospital I was taken to with multiple fractures and give me a ticket for driving in NC over 30 days without getting a local license.
The old man I smashed into the side of after he turned in front of me was not cited, last I knew about it.
