Michael Avenatti’s law firm was ordered to be evicted from its California offices over unpaid rent after the judge dismissed his attempt to block the eviction, the latest setback for the embattled lawyer who was arrested on domestic violence charges earlier this week.

The lawyer and his firm were ordered to vacate a Newport Beach office building after the court asserted its previous ruling that ordered to move out, the Los Angeles Times reported.

His law firm – Eagan Avenatti – was sued after skipping four months of rent payments totaling over $213,000.

Deadbeat lawyer pummels ex, gets kicked out of his Orange County, CA digs.

This was the same guy who advised Trump’s lawyers to take a $50 an hour settlement.

Ouch! The man is an insult to bad lawyers.

This dude is in a tail spin... And probably heading towards a mental breakdown before it’s all said and done. Working pro bono for washed up porn stars and liars has it’s bad days. He doesn’t need a lawyer, he needs a ‘criminal’ lawyer to get out of all these messes.

$50,000 a month in commercial rent in a prestigious location like Newport Beach.

How he got in the headlines and couldn’t afford to pay his rent beats me.

You find out the true measure of man by how he treats those beneath him.

That Avenatti isn’t enjoying the holidays made my year. Good riddance!

He’s facing criminal prosecution on top of civil liability.

I can’t wait til he’s disbarred and wearing an orange jumpsuit.

Is the law firm a partnership? If so, can the real estate firm put a lien against Avenatti’s house?

If he owns the firm, they not only evicted him, they sued him for the unpaid rent with interest.

I don’t envy the bankruptcy proceedings in all this. Whatever he has in the bank won’t begin to make his creditors whole.

What goes around comes around.

He rents an apartment ... he's a deadbeat who can't qualify credit wise for a mortgage.

If he’s in the hoosegow, it’ll be a long time before he gets out and makes a gainful living again.

His 15 minutes of fame on CNN are long over.

CA is a homestead property state.
Also many people in CA have ownership of their homes in a trust.

He clearly doesn’t live only in CA.

The lawyers who’ve made the big time, have homes and offices on both coasts.

Don’t forget the fifteen million dollars he stiffed a partner for or the two million in back taxes.

This guy has all the qualifications necessary to be the Democratic presidential nominee. They couldn’t have found anyone better to represent the values of the Democrat party.
