I noticed a couple of these sonogram error stories posted today.

What is the error rate for gross misdiagnoises?

Doctor said my daughter wasn't pregnant. Went the next month and doctor again said she was not pregnant.

Well, she switched doctors....voila....3 months pregnant.

That little girl is 24 now and going for her PHD at Brown. God has been very good to us.

When my daughter was carrying her 4th, the sonogram detected microencephalopathy. They recommended abortion. My daughter, a nurse, knew the error rate of sonograms and demanded a second opinion. The other OB/GYN realized that the baby's head was behind her pelvis and that is why it appeared to be small.

He was born healthy.
