Kids stay home from school FOR THAT??!
My little hillbilly daughter is mocking them from her office in DC.
Sometimes they announce school closings the night before and it winds up not even snowing. I got a rain day once. :D
Believe it or not. They are terrified of the weather here.
Absolutely terrified. I can probably go to the grocery store and see shortages of bread, milk and toilet paper.
The mere threat of snow causes school closures.
