Democrats in Florida have successfully steered the public narrative toward recounts and potential vote theft thus delaying any sort of inquest into another cycle of under performance. Not only did the Democrats appear to lose 4 of 5 statewide elections in what should have been a wave year but lost all 5 Congressional races that were in the “leans Republican” category according to various metrics.

Each of those five seats saw the Republicans win by at least six points. Minimal gains were made in the legislature where the Democrats could have as many as 17 Senators and 48 State Representatives, the highest total since 2000. But this still leaves the Democrats in the minority of both chambers.

The really, r-e-a-l-l-y good news is that the (cough) beloved eternal president Obama lent his adored presence to campaign for Gillum and Nelson.
Democrats figured that meant a sure win. Obama is their anointed savior....but not everybody sees the Halfrican in the same light.

So when a shady character like Gillum, whines about "counting every vote"....you know dam well he's been colluding and conspiring with Snipes.
There's a stash of forged fraudulent votes planted somewhere..... just enough to put him over the top.

REALITY CHECK What’s really evident here-——dumb-a** Snipes was caught flat-footed.
Didnt do her usual shuck and jive routine, didnt have enough fake and forged ballots stashed away to overcome the actual voting.

Stupid Dems were unprepared for the high vote counts Republicans got. Still living the "close-call" Gore days, I guess (smirk).

So when Snipes is shown the door, it will be NOT REPUBLICANS, but disgruntled Democrats slamming the door on her fat behind as she exits.

Candidate Matt Caldwell's Campaign filed a public records request for: (A) all vote counts, (B) communications between
Snipes, her executive team, her staff, and, (C) any third parties talking to the county about counting ballots.

A very smart move by Caldwell.......we need to know who this consummate criminal Snipes is colluding and conspiring with.

Caldwell needs to get Snipes' computer hard drive from the SOE and her residence, her emails, snail mails, wire-transfers, bank records, cell phone records, residence phone records, and so on.

It is entirely possible that the practices of Snipes, her staff, other members of SOE's office, the Fla Democrat Party, and Democrat candidates may have violated federal (and state) laws that include, but are not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government for funding (may involve several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by ERISA enacted 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government,

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate 4th amendment rights.

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with a public enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a “pattern” (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the “pattern” of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District

The critical reason is that have not yet figured out how to limit their exposure to criminal voter fraud....... which has been exposed publicly.

Broward SOE Snipes fraud is already co-mingled in the ballots by her on hand....
that means they risk getting busted by unexplainable irregularities if the recount proceeds, and is completed.

I do not think they can drive any new vote numbers into Broward that are not currently in the building.
The perimeter is under 24/7 surveillance now. They are stuck with trying to re-certify illegally cast votes.

They have not even begun to count and they are pushing it to the nth hour. They appear to be
going through the motions, promising to meet the deadline. But in the end, I predict
they will fail to meet the deadline; the existing count will stand, per state law.

(Note, an audit will be forthcoming and the truth will unravel in the quieter post-election theatre.)

Matt Caldwell had won by 44,000 votes. And so he declared victory and then went to sleep. Big mistake.

Snipes pulled 70K votes out of her azz or someplace and then he was down by 5,600.

Agriculture Comm issues the CCW /CWP in FL. That’s why the opposition cares about the farmers’ race.
