As I posted a couple days ago, the voters in Florida need to file a Class Action Suit against her personally. Throw in Detzner and Scott. Not just Broward voters, but all voters, as criminal acts have overthrown the will of the voters and disfranchised their votes.
I guess it would be a civil suit, and not land her/them in prison, but it would provide a lot of documentation for a criminal action later on.
Bingo ! There is no crime to investigate or incarcerate until a charge is filed.
