Okay, I don't know how far in the discussion you guys have got on this stuff, but I'm gonna take a shot and give some thoughts and a bit of wee analysis.
First, let me say I'm not sure what "placeholder" means, but at the very least, Q is listing all the categories of what we have come to call DECLAS.
And on that subject, I think we make a mistake when we think of DECLAS as just the redacted FISA application, as if that will solve all our problems and bust everybody. Both Q and Trump have used language that suggests they ill DECLAS FISA and "other things" on more than one occasion. If I was a better researcher and not so lazy, I'd post them all.
I think Trump is fixin' to DECLAS a whole lotta stuff, and this is his list.

US v. Defendant is what I make of this. The Supreme Court will handle all appeals on the issue of United States versus whichever defendant? Not sure on this one.
