Friar Tuck was was a person of girth but also very strong, he had to carry Robin across the water, and note Friar Tuck's leathern cap, and sword.

I'm wondering . . . is it logical that it might be POTUS' strategy to keep the liberal hidiots agitated, frothing, in a dither ramped up to a frenzy until he lowers the boom on them?
Might kind of occupy them a little and decrease the energy they had to devote to rational but still destructive-to-the-Republic activities.
