Save those silica packets that are in everything we get today. Throw them in the match boxes. Voila, long life.
Also....tear off the “strike strip” from a match box and put it in with the matches. The cardboard on the back of the strip can absorb humidity over time.
THANKS. These matches had little phosphorous on their heads. And the heads were all one color. I need to find better matches. These were useless.
