My wife and I were in Manhattan last week, and caught a broadway show of Hamilton. The tickets were $480.00 each, off the charts for me, but man, what a theater!
I had heard the soundtrack, repeatedly, and knew the music beforehand.
It’s a look back into our history, through a different lens. In a way that connects with people, not historically astute, and serves to make them curious — about history....
We need that!
I loved it and think it has very positive benefits.
The writer gave free tickets to poor blacks & Hispanic kids, ALL of whom now believe that our FFs were black, Hispanic, and Asians and that whites ( King George III is the only white in the cast and he is made out to be a moron! ) are hateful, stupid, and worthless.
I catch a lot of Broadway shows. It’s expensive staying at the Marriott Marquis, but I get the tickets half price under the bleachers in Time Square.
Alan Dershowitz sat a few seats from me back in May of this year.
I enjoy a good show....
