I can't understand how it gets good reviews.

Evidently it's maximum virtue-signaling to buy a ticket and hang in there for the whole show.
Go figure.

I haven’t been to a show, but have heard the music and watched the choreography.
The music was pop/hop-hop schmalz and the choreography was pedestrian. The fact it was popular simply shows the madness of crowds and the strength of group-think in places like NY City.

Revisionism by the America haters. Some have told me it’s “okay” if you burn a little weed before you go in.

The whole hateful premise of "Hamilton" is animals spreading feces on our founding fathers.

So how much did you pay for a seat?

Why on earth did you go to see that to begin with?
It's a RACIST rewritten, disgusting POS, with a score worthy only for torturing one's enemies with.
To: tired&retired
I know it is popular, but it seems to be the founding fathers in black face, and disrespectful to the actors.

If your screen name reflects who you are, then I can’t understand why you support this show after all the anti-right publicity it garnered when it opened. The cast tried to humiliate Mr. Pence. And as for the reviews; who writes them if it isn’t the leftist anti-American sycophants? If you’re a Democrat then I get it.

If anyone is interested, bootlegs of Hamilton can easily be downloaded, even in HD/Bluray.

A few questions.
What did you know about the show before you went?
If you knew the genre and it was not your taste why did you go?
If you didn't know the genre or anything about it or what to expect why did you go?
To: tired&retired
Oh, I thought the Democrat Gillum took your tickets for himself.
My bad.

“How it gets good reviews”
Easy. The creator says he needs a cast that “looks like America now”, and his casting call says “no whites”.
The show is praised for its “diversity”. Diversity = no whites.
Why wouldn’t it be popular?
