Bad people are attracted to bad areas.I had a young man call me in a panic a few months ago.Writer Producer with a wife in college and a 4 year old baby girl.Trying to get affordable housing is impossible.He wanted me to talk to his wife,she found a nice place that they could afford and it would get them out of a bad neighborhood.He was thinking bigger and waiting for a 10,000.00 check.I told him to go with his wife.Get out,go smaller.He is in your area.He hit it big a month ago.I told him to sign a year's lease.Hang in there Califreak-Prayers.((((Hugs)))
