Post this on black forums, facebook and twitter, and shout it from the roof tops. Mark Levin actually did a more detailed show on this yesterday, but this gets to the point quicker.

Demonstrate to blacks they are being replaced.

The short version is this:

If the writers of the amendment intended it to convey birthright citizenship, then why insert the “jurisdiction” clause? Wouldn’t birthright citizenship be clearer without it?

It is basically the procedure of creating replacement people.

This discussion will end up short-tracking up to SCOTUS.

He misquotes it.

It says *All persons*, and he claims it says *all citizens*. He repeats it several times.

He does it the first time around the 40 second mark.

This is sheer nonsense. The 14th Amendment simply ensconces “natural born citizenship” (NBC) into the Constitution. There were always exceptions to mere birth in a country giving rise to citizenship. Such as, foreign ambassadors, or invading armies.

If the French Ambassador and his wife have a child in Washington D.C., the child is NOT a natural born citizen. Because the ambassador is here under the jurisdiction of France, not the United States.

Same with invaders. If they spawn children, then those children may not be NBCs. I say maybe because 100 years ago, citizenship was based pretty much on the father. Now, if the invaders impregnates an American woman, that child would most likely be an NBC. The Courts would have to decide the issue.

But, if a Russian invader impregnates a Female Spetnaz, for example, then the child would not be an NBC.

All of this has nothing to do with a hospital or state issuing a birth certificate, because nobody is probably paying any attention to citizenship at all. So, little Jacques, for example, may end up with an American Birth Certificate and nobody would ever get into the legalities of it.

That being said, there is a very good case for denying natural born citizenship to illegal immigrants. And, I think to vacationers. But, there is a problem with vacationers, because they are here presumably under valid visas, and the current state of the law would probably find their children born here NBCs.

Comments of Jacob Howard regarding the 14th amendment:

“During the debate over the first clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, (Jacob) Howard argued for including the phrase “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof:”

...[E]very person born within the limits of the United State, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the government of the United States, but will include every other class of person.”

(See the Wikipedia article.)

There was also an earlier FR thread that indicated that in the debate over the 14th amendment it was stated that the “Natives”, who are certainly born here, could not be citizens, because they were part of Native populations subject to the jurisdiction of their tribe.
