Apartments have gone on sale inside New York's newest Billionaires' Row skyscraper - with the cheapest studio rumored to cost well over $1million.
Central Park Tower, also known as the Nordstrom Tower, has been under development since it was approved by city planners in 2014 and is due for completion next year.
When finished, it is due to top out at 1,550ft - down from 1,775ft since a spire was removed from the design - and will have 101 stories, making it the tallest residential building in the world.

How is it going to be on fire safety & quick egress from the building?
Good questions.
I couldn’t stand living in a bee hive like that.
And a couch. No stains!
Lovely to see New York City on a continual upswing. Ironic perhaps the buyers of the most elegant apartments will invariably be non-resident Saudis and other Arab moslems.
Keep Poppy away from any seating surfaces.
Base Jumper training is optional with each purchase
Add 10 minutes to daily commute in the elevator!
And maybe Russians! When I was touring French Riviera, the bus was passing by a magnificent property with the villa jutting out into the Mediterranean. The tour guide explained, it was appraised at $100 million. Then a Russian buyer showed up, but the French owner did not wish to sell to foreigners so he jacked up the price to $500 million for the Russian. The Russian bought it anyway for $500 million!
I’ve always been more than a little queasy about pools on elevated levels, especially at the top of a skyscraper. That’s just not natural and seems like an accident waiting to happen.
This infinity pool in Singapore always gives me the willies:
Not for me. I feel the sway of a 30 story building & don’t like it. The top apartments must feel like living in a hammock.
Two things:
1. An artificial anthill crowded with ants.
2. Another example of architectual penis envy on display - “mine’s bigger than yours”.
Maybe this explains the massive size of the demoncrat-paid group of criminals marching to our southern borders...They may have been told that the tower will be able to house them all...
Most new NYC residents are immigrants.
Couldnt live there, but love to visit.
