A McRib is ground pork molded to look like a rib w/ fake grill marks added.

I would rather eat a McRib than the “riblets” served at
some other eateries.
God knows what kind of animal has ribs like that!

Cooked an awful lot of them in my day, never ever once saw fake grill marks. I realize a lot of people here have disdain for McD's, and over the last twenty years McD's has earned it!

it is the very rare occasion I visit a McD's anymore, they completely destroyed what Ray built. They started with the fries, cowtowing :) to the Hindus that threatened to sue over the beef tallow. Then the rest of the food, now held in warming bins and assembled as ordered which has completely changed the flavor for the worse as well as resulting in only warm food. And the coup de grâce? The service! It is a very rare McD's that you find the service Ray built an empire on.

But one of the things that bring me back, other than my grandson, is the McRib and that just once a season.
