Agree, but DramaFever was the largest and oldest, and also had a number of dramas Viki does not carry.

The point is I think the American media conglomerates are trying to limit Americans’ access to wholesome alternatives. We have the same type of censorship that is going on in Mainland China, it is just more sophisticated here. E.g., if you wanted to make a “Waltons” type of show now, you wouldn’t be able to find anyone to air it on American TV. Under media requirements, you have to show you are promoting homosexuality, for example.

And I had no idea until they pulled the plug that Warner Brothers even owned DramaFever.

I know Viki is owned by Rakuten, which is a Japanese conglomerate.
