All the property owners evacuated like they were told, but are being discouraged from returning. I guess the Powers That Be want the looters to have plenty of time.

PC has some very rough sections and PC has its share of
Obama sons while the county overall is very Gop .
The city is fairly spread out so the east side saw most of the severe damage while
PC Beach dodged the bullet.
The huge Gop panhandle voting areas are a little more west of PC and missed the
ugly side of the hurricane.
