When I bought my property over in Nevada in 2013 one of the factors that sealed the deal for me was a rain cycle that matches up with that and which I observed at the time appeared that the area was coming out of the bottom of. It’s rained/snowed more each year since I bought it. The fish like it (trout in the stream). Now I just need some beavers in the upper reaches to start impounding and meadowing out the open areas in the canyon so it doesn’t flush like a toilet at the high point in 15 or so years...
(And a cabin... a cabin would be good :-))
