I don’t understand why they are saying it is such a change? It isn’t. It’s no different than it was. Neither side won anything. They haven’t changed Roe/Wade in all these years, why do they think it is such an assurance it will happen because Kavanaugh was confirmed? Same thing applied when Roberts was confirmed. A lot of talk, no change.

No Brainer. These disputes will inevitably be adjudicated by SCOTUS, regardless of the rulings by the Appellate Courts. 14th Amendment? No legal precedent? Slam dunk, they will not 'overturn' Roe; they will simply kick the Authority to decide back to the States (what the Founders intended). Lots of talk again, but this time we can at least hope for a change... MAGA!
