You know who else was really fond of dogs, again, especially German Shepherds? John Wayne Gacy.

So, Babs’ extrapolation may be a trifle off. Or should all cat people be watched much more closely than they have been?

The people I find despicable are the ridiculously busy ones who get dogs because they think the dog is cute and they like having something to cuddle with once in awhile. The rest of the time, one of nature’s most, if not the most, social of creatures languishes away, bored, lonely, and heartbroken.

I give those people a lot more side eye than I do the busy people with self awareness.
